JAZZ NOTES FROM MICHAEL HYMAN:
Our 2012 jazz season continues under Los Gatos Music & Arts, a 501(c)(3) Non Profit entity dedicated to nurturing The Arts & Cultural programs in our community.
The Mission of Los Gatos Music & Arts is to act as an umbrella organization for music & arts programs including, but not limited to, Jazz on the Plazz. Los Gatos Music & Arts' goal is to inspire, nurture, develop, facilitate and produce concerts, educational programs, scholarships and other artistic programs which promote music & the arts for the benefit of the community of Los Gatos. Thanks to the generosity of jazz fans like you, last year's concert series was an overwhelming success. Generous sponsorships enabled Los Gatos Music & Arts to make donations to the Los Gatos Morning Rotary Club's Plein Air Art Show in June and to Pacific Philharmonics' Springfest in May.
We all share a love for jazz. But more than that, we possess the desire to help talented and motivated young people realize their dreams. We have a very special group of friends--people like you--who make this concert series, our workshops, and other arts programs possible with a tax-deductable contribution each year. We rely solely on the generosity of our friends and supporters... that would be you!
